When you install the GoToMeeting software, this app is automatically installed on your computer as well. This application is known as the GoTo Opener app. GoToMeeting uses a 'helper' application to launch you into active sessions.

There will be a way for participants to view recorded sessions at the end of the workshop.

Please follow the agenda for more information. When the session is done you can exit out of that meeting room and join other meeting rooms.If there is an open discussion, the organizer will allow attendees to unmute their phones.Please use the chat box to ask the presenter questions, interact with the working group chair and other working group attendees.You will have the option to self-mute to avoid potentially interrupting the presenter.VoIP is more likely to drop off the meeting.

MORS strongly encourages you to join the meeting via your phone.

If you are interested in downloading the app, please select “Download the App.”.

If you have already downloaded the GoTo Meeting app, a pop up will appear, like below.

(Remember: JOIN MY MEETING will require you to download the GoTo meeting software onto your hard drive.) Please click which option works for your computer.

When you click your designated GoTo meeting link, an internet window will pop up.

You DO NOT need a GoTo meeting account to download the free software or to join the meeting via the browser option.

If you join using the browser, you won’t need to download any external software.

There are two ways to join GoTo meeting: either by downloading the app (also known as the GoTo Opener) or by joining in your web browser.
